No. Each player is entitled to one allpanel account only. Duplicate accounts violate allpanel's Terms and Conditions. If found, both accounts will be closed. If you have lost access to your existing account, contact support at support@allpanel.click to recover it.
You must be at least 18 years old. allpanel verifies age at registration and may request a government-issued ID (CNIC) to confirm. Accounts found to belong to under-18 players are closed immediately, and any balance is returned to the original payment source where possible.

For security, password resets are never done without identity confirmation — allpanel will not reset a password based on a request alone without verification.
Yes, but this requires identity verification. Contact support before your old SIM is deactivated, as the verification process uses your currently registered number. Provide your CNIC and both the old and new mobile numbers. The team will update your account after confirming your identity.
Email support@allpanel.click from your registered email address requesting account closure, or contact the live chat team. allpanel will process your request, ensure any remaining balance is withdrawn to your registered payment method, and close the account. If you are closing your account because of gambling concerns, consider self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming page first.
Deposits & Payment Methods
Log in to your allpanel account, go to the Wallet or Deposit section, choose your payment method, enter the PKR amount, and follow the on-screen instructions. For Easypaisa and JazzCash, you will be directed to complete the payment on your mobile wallet app or via USSD. Deposits are credited immediately on payment confirmation. allpanel does not add any fee to deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, or bank IBFT. Visa/Mastercard deposits may carry a small processing fee applied by the card network or issuing bank — allpanel itself does not add to this. The full deposit amount (net of any card fee) is credited to your PKR wallet.
First, check that the payment completed successfully on your Easypaisa or JazzCash app — a deduction from your mobile wallet confirms the payment went through on your side. If money left your wallet but allpanel's balance did not update within 5 minutes, contact support via live chat with your mobile number, the payment amount, and the transaction reference number. The team resolves deposit queries quickly, usually within 30 minutes.
Withdrawals & Payouts
Log in to your allpanel account, go to the Wallet section, and select Withdraw. Choose your registered payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank IBFT, etc.), enter the PKR amount you want to withdraw, and confirm. The request is processed automatically for verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for Easypaisa and JazzCash. For bank IBFT, the minimum is Rs 1,000. Exact minimums for other methods are shown in the withdrawal section of your account. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are also displayed there.
No. allpanel does not charge a withdrawal fee. The full PKR amount you request is what arrives in your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet. Some banks may apply their own IBFT processing fees — those are outside allpanel's control, but allpanel adds nothing on top.
Common reasons for a withdrawal being declined include:
- Outstanding wagering requirements on an active bonus (the bonus balance must meet playthrough before withdrawal)
- Account identity verification (KYC) not yet completed — upload your CNIC when prompted
- Withdrawing to a payment method not matching the one used for the last deposit
- Request amount below the minimum or above the daily limit

allpanel's current welcome bonus offer is displayed in your account dashboard immediately after registration. The offer is applied to your first deposit and credited as bonus balance. Bonus terms including wagering requirements are shown in full before you opt in — allpanel does not hide the conditions. You can choose to play without taking the bonus if you prefer — the platform works perfectly without it.
A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw the bonus and any winnings generated from it. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place Rs 10,000 in total bets before that bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Progress is shown in your account. Real money deposits can always be withdrawn regardless of bonus status.

Account Security
Yes. allpanel uses 256-bit SSL encryption on every page, which means all data transmitted between your device and allpanel's servers is encrypted and unreadable to anyone intercepting it. Passwords are stored using secure hashing — allpanel staff cannot see your password. Two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP is available and strongly recommended for all accounts.
Go to your account settings after logging in and find the Security section. Enable 2FA from there — allpanel will send a verification OTP to your registered Pakistani mobile number each time a new login is attempted from an unrecognised device. This is the most effective protection against unauthorised account access and is strongly recommended.
Change your password immediately from account settings if you still have access. Then contact allpanel support at support@allpanel.click or via live chat — our fraud team responds to these reports as a priority and can freeze account activity while investigating. Do not delay: early action limits potential damage. Never share your OTP or password with anyone, including people claiming to be allpanel support.
Identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) is a standard process on responsible gaming platforms. allpanel may request a CNIC or other government-issued ID to confirm your age, verify your withdrawal payment details, or comply with platform security requirements. KYC is typically required for your first large withdrawal or if your account activity triggers a standard security check. Responsible Gaming
Go to your account settings and open the Responsible Gaming section. Select Deposit Limits and choose daily, weekly, or monthly limits — or all three. Enter the PKR amount and confirm. The limit takes effect immediately. Reductions apply instantly; increases require a mandatory waiting period to prevent impulsive changes during a session. Self-exclusion blocks all gaming and betting access on your allpanel account for a minimum period of 6 months, up to permanent exclusion. Once activated, it cannot be reversed early for any reason. To activate, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion, select your period, and confirm. Your balance can be withdrawn at any time during the exclusion period. You can also contact support to activate self-exclusion immediately on your behalf.
Yes — allpanel's cooling-off period lets you lock your account for 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, or up to 30 days. During a cooling-off, no deposits or gaming activity are possible. The lock cannot be removed early. Your account and balance are preserved and accessible again when the period ends. This is a good option if you want a break without committing to a full self-exclusion.
